Broken Foot

was done, did I notice the freezer was slanted. It was missing a foot. Called customer service. Foot came in. Attached it, only to find out, we couldn't because the old foot was broken inside. Annoyed.

Love the design, depth, soft freeze drawer and ice buckets

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This freezer is the perfect depth...not too deep that you can't see what is in the freezer. It has a soft freeze drawer to keep ice cream in so that it doesn't freeze to hard. The door organizers are great for keeping things organized. I love the ice buckets because I don't have the water hooked up yet but I can keep them full by using old school ice trays.

Frigidaire professional column refrigerator and freezer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this set since June and I have had nothing but issues with it. The lights in the freezer are not all on, only one out of three are working. I have had this looked at three times. I have already had a sensor on the freezer replaced because the freezer had frost all over the back wall of the freezer. It also does not keep ice cream frozen. This unit was ALOT of money and it is not working properly.

Wonderful and well thought out appliance

Love the new design!
