The Ice Maker isnt working

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The ice maker hasn't worked since we received our new freezer. Brand Smart is bring us another freezer. They sent someone out to look at it and it still has not worked. Other than that. The freezer is wonderful

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This freezer exceeded all of our expectations. It is so nice to have a freezer unit that isn't cramped or way low or way high as part of the fridge.
This lets you really organize and get to your high-use items with ease. The ice maker is great. Works like a charm and is very clever the way you can utilize the second bin if you need a lot of ice for a party or something.
Couldn't be happier.
