The tv itself is built really well. The picture quality is good for the price. What hurts this tv is the software. You can't do anything until you create an LG account. Then the os is just bad. Everything is buried in the settings. To get away from the defaults you have to dig, and maybe look up a few YouTube videos. It could be a lot better. I am running mine off of a chromecast and it's 100x better.
