[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had to replace a large carpet cleaner but wanted something narrower. It worked very well and did not leak water at any time. I am not sure if it is the carpet or the cleaning solution, but it left the carpet stiff and rough like a dry used washcloth.

Love the product but replacement pieces are crap

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have 4 dogs in my house hold they make a huge mess the shampooer works great to get the stains up but after having it only 6 months the brush stopped working so I ordered a new one and the one said it is compatible with my machine but it doesn't fit
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great carpet cleaner!

This deep cleaner is great at spot cleaning as well as whole room cleaning. The sucking power of it is fantastic, so that means that the carpet is completely dry within a few hours! It was so easy to maneuver throughout the house and easy to clean it up at the end as well. The only downfall of the machine is that some of the dirty water leaks out of the bottom after you shut it off and empty the dirty water tank. It's pretty minimal, so I just make sure I leave it on the tile for a day or so to get completely dry before putting it away. I received this carpet cleaner from the Stellar Product Testing Panel.

I used this to clean the pathway where my adorable dogs decided was "THE" place to go. OMG! The water was black! I am going to go over it again in a few days. The carpet looked much cleaner than the professional job and it was not soaking wet. It dried within 12 hours. I love my son for giving this to me!
