It has only been a few weeks, but I love my new freezer. I have plastic bins on the shelves so my foods are organized and easy to retrieve. For now all is great.

I am so happy I bought this Element convertible freezer. It has plenty of space inside yet it’s smaller than my old freezer. I needed something that would with stand fluctuating temps on my enclosed porch. I have had it about a month so time will tell.

We've had the unit for 4 weeks so far and it has performed flawlessly. Temperature holds in a good range and door thermostat makes it easy to set. We also like the convertible option, but will probably be used only as a freezer..

Well-made unit with great frost-free feature, sturdy tempered glass shelves, easy-to-use control panel on the door (displays temp) and good interior LED lighting. Overall good design and layout. Sufficient space in the door shelf compartments. Quick-freeze feature gets the temp set quickly to help preserve any food that may have been sitting out while the transfer from the old freezer took place. Then, it's very easy to set the temp to normal operating level, which I keep at -5º
