Quietly Rowing Along

The Rower is compact enough for an apartment. The screen size is perfect for participating in the live classes. The music ranges from Indie, Hip Hop, to Pop and others. A 30 minute workout flies by quickly. The seat sliding is smooth and the sound is so quiet that I disturb no one. The off equipment workouts are great for a full body workout. I like my Rower so much that I plan to purchase the treadmill in n the next 6 months. Dani, Jamie, and Amber are some of my favorite instructors.
