well built, but surprised that

well built, but surprised that the app does not have basic panel of info for serious rowing like all others, only online sessions and leisure river events. need to have a basic panel where serious rowers can program exercises with distance and cadence etc. very dissapointed

Both my husband and I love our rower. We got great work outs. My daughter has her first day of distance learning as a 7th grader athlete ( thanks pandemic). She did her first strength workout for school credit and was excited to get her email after her work out. The whole family enjoys the rower. It was easy to assembly, easy to move and even easier to use. Thank you for a reasonably priced quality product.

The classes are very upbeat and I never thought I'd enjoy a rower so much. The purchase was a spur of the moment thing and i am suggesting that EVERYONE I know get one.

I really enjoy the rower! It works very similar to those I have used in CrossFit and I love how quiet this one is. Only 4 stars because I wish the display arm had more adjustments and also I would like to see some tweaks to the classes in the app. I wish the instructors explained more what speed, resistance, rate, etc we should be at. I realize we are all different but it would be great to have a better understanding how hard we should be going or should be striving for, etc.

One of the best pieces of exercise equipment I've worked out on. Suffered a heart attack and had a stent implanted six months ago. Went through rehab using various pieces of equipment and made a full recovery. That was just the start of my new lifestyle of cardio workouts. Talked with my rehab team and they pointed me towards the rower as a better form of exercise. Living in the northern region of the nation I now have a equipment that I can use year round. I just started to explore the classes and have very impressed with the level of workouts and the instructions. The rower itself is well designed and easy to use. Very well built and designed. Thank you Echelon
