Great rower. Slightly uncomfortable seat, but haven't met a great seat on a rower yet.

Excellent machine. Superb quality! Convenient to use and built well. App interface could use some improvement.

Rower is great, the app is barely passable. Since the rower is so heavily reliant on the app that unfortunately makes it a mediocre rower at best.

The rower is amazing - the app is very glitchy and frustrating. Sometimes I can't get anything to work and I'm not able to use the rower. The workouts don't load, or they will stop in the middle. The free style ride doesn't record distance/stats and the music doesn't connect. Workouts in general are great, but frustrating when they aren't marked "beginner" and they start with a 5 minute explanation or form review. I want to just get to it! :)

The machine is solid but the smart features are lacking. The marketing is better than the actual product.

Solid, works well. I really wish it didn't require a separate screen, it's just extra hassle, as is the cord when I'm putting it away, which still takes up a lot of space. I like having the connectivity and tracking workouts but the app is worthless for me (I'm not a class person so no judgment on the quality of instruction - I watched a couple, it really isn't for me. I don't enjoy chatter and music.) The on demand water scenes are pretty terrible, that's actually something I would subscribe for but I'm probably in the minority. The machine works well. One of my buddies has a Cityrower and doing it all again, I'd probably go with that.

The construction and feel of this rower is top notch. You can tell it's a heavy duty, gym grade rowing machine. In fact, it might be built better than some of the rowers I've seen at some of my local gyms. It does fold up easily, and wasn't difficult to assemble. The resistance works great, and I am completely drenched in sweat after each workout. It is also whisper quiet if you do not count the sounds coming out of me while I'm doing a workout. There are a few things that could be improved. I feel like the ac adapter is very cheap. It seems like something that would go with a childs toy instead of a professional rower. I'd rather this have a power supply built in and just come with a long 3 prong cord. I also wish that this was designed with a built in screen. I'm using the ipad air and it just seems too small. There are some photos out there of a prototype that did have a built in screen. I'm sure this was scrapped for cost reasons, but the ipad is pretty small when you are rowing in and out. The last thing is the app. It's okay. It doesn't feel of the caliber that the rower is. You can add equipment, but you can't remove. That's one of the most annoying parts. So I have 2 rowers and a bike and I can't remove the two I don't need. I did hear that they are working on fixing that. All in in, I give this 4/5 for value, quality, and overall experience.

The rower is a great piece of equipment except for a couple things I don't like the fact that there's a battery in the handle and then often my buttons don't register or are delayed and changing the resistance. The app for the rower needs a lot of work though there's a lot of functionality that isn't there that is on the bike the distance is nowhere near accurate. That it doesn't even match the distance for average rate.
