I love it. No issues. The classes are a great way to learn technique. I have had it for two plus months and it is an integral part of my workout routine alternating between fast walks and rowing almost every day.

If the Echelon rower were a living creature, it would be my spirit animal. In all seriousness, the rower changed my fitness game. I am engaged again and I can't wait to do my row classes. I've owned and loved an Echelon spin bike for two years, but never did a live class until I got the rower. And the beginner row series-awesome!

A decent machine that was

A decent machine that was still not correct when I receive it. The first one was defective, so they sent me a replacement. The second one was flawed as well but I was able to make repairs myself. So far so good. Good looking unit and works well so far. Will see how it goes over the long Haul. Initial quality control needs improvement. Repackaging the old one and sending it back was very tough. Be careful unboxing your new unit so you can send it back if necessary. Have a friend help and pay attention to the packing layout.
