[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this vacuum because it only weighs 3.9 pounds. I have arthritis and this little machine is so easy to pick up and carry. It works great on bare floors and thinner carpets and I love the crevice tool that comes separately.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is such a great hard floor vacuum. It immediately picks crumbs and pet hair up. And the handheld functionality is amazing.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this for vacuuming the rug under my bed it works great lightweight and it lays flat for getting dust
I would buy an upgrade next time, just testing product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Pros-powerful, lightweight, excellent filter, detachable, removable water tank/w level vision, attachments Cons-short power cord, small water hole for refilling/ could be a tad larger
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this for daughter that has a litter room with 2 messy cats/ she is so happy with product to be so lite weight & such good power. She has thanked me more than any gift I could have gotten for her. The price was very good. Wanted to purchase for other daughter & it had been discontinued - hope only because of pricing maybe? I also, own a Bessel vac. But, wanted one for door tracks easy clean up & this suits my needs very well. Nice gift for anyone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use this on a daily basis to clean up the kitchen after dinner. This is the third iteration of the product I purchased. Unfortunately Bissell just won't get it right. It's a business after all. I purchased my first one ages ago. It worked well for a few years; until the vacuum accessories would not hold; not an issue. It's cost effective to replace. The next two generations were worse. The suction power, model 20334, was dramatically reduced making the vacuum utterly useless. The following iteration, where the suction power increased, the nose significantly narrowed; again making the vacuum job tedious. This version of 20334 has a better suction power; but the nose is a bit wider. Bissell is just trying to make money; making the vacuums less than ideal.
