[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I loved your first one...the 3 in one. They are both small which is great for me, but the 3 in one was better quality plus had more power. I tried using the nozzle on my new one for the 3 in one but of course it wouldn't fit. The wheels quit turning on my old one so wanted the same model but you must not sell anymore. The new one featherweight is just chap. I would gladly have paid more for the 3 in one. I loved that one.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had a Bissell stick vacuum for 3 years and it served me well. The only reason I had to replace it was the dirt cup cracked and I was not able to replace it because it was discontinued. The new stick vacuum is perfect, I have a very furry cat and my new Bissell cleans up the fur from my carpet and the floor. My favorite thing is the power of this vacuum. Bissell you have a customer for life.

I wanted a reliable tool that would quickly and easily pick up pet hair and dirt from a hardwood/tile floor. This is great for what I needed. It is so light.
