Great Microwave

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had my microwave with air fry function for about a month and use it daily. The unit is great. It is easy to use and I find the size to be perfect for my needs.
I have not yet been able to fully use the air fry function. As part of my registration I was suppose to get a air fry basket and baking tray. I have not received this. I have reached out multiple times to Kitchen Aid regarding this but have received no response from them.
I would recommend this to a friend!

No air fry basket included

Why sell an expensive microwave whose main feature is air fry, without providing the air fry basket with it? Makes no sense. You have to call them to send you this and the baking tray. After finally getting through to request these items, they sent me the tray and no air fry basket. Still haven't been able to use that feature. SIlly.
