Poor audio controls

Who makes a new product worse than its original one? Apple. Who makes earbuds that will not restart your podcast/song/audiobook after you’ve paused it, requiring you to pull your iphone 16 out and restart the recording from the phone (which sometimes still doesn’t work)? Apple does. The only reasons for this that I can fathom are either poor engineering, or, frustrating the owner so much that they feel forced into putting out more money on a pair of high tech wireless EarPods. By the way, I didn’t just end up with duds, my partner has the same problem. As others have mentioned, the wires feel flimsier than the original earbuds. Please Apple, correct this problem with your USB-C earbuds controls.

Bought this for the second time as an alternate wired option. Right from the start one ear piece did not work. Also kept falling off my ear.
Used to have a minimum level of quality when I used them with my early iPhones.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This earphone is a true value buds, I use it at work with my Mac and my iPhone after that. I like the mic quality and good for audiobooks. I like it better the battery powered buds just because of longevity

Waste of money

You would think in the 14 years of designing phones worth well over 1000$ they would figure out a corded EarPod that is comfortable and properly fits your ear like the pro with a silicone insert…. Nope same design for the last 14 years still uncomfortable. No wonder everyone choses off brand!
