Great features

We purchased this two weeks ago. I was hesitant to purchase a front loading washer but so far, so good. It washes well, is very efficient, and has many bells and whistles. I like that so many of the features can be customized, from the front screen, selecting presets and the order they appear, customizable chimes, etc.
Response from lg.comBy ^Rich, LG Digital Care Team, February 13, 2026
Hi Shawfam, we appreciate you taking the time to share your thoughts about your LG Front Load Washer, model WM5700HVA. It’s great to hear that the transition to a front‑loading design has been a positive one for you. The combination of strong cleaning performance, efficiency, and all the customizable options—like rearranging presets, adjusting the front display, and choosing your preferred chimes—really helps the washer fit the way each household likes to do laundry. We’re glad those features are already proving useful.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We're very happy with this so far. Very quiet, easy to program and operate, loving the auto-dispense detergent and softener feature - that is so worth it. Love the fact that it has many cycle options

Verified Purchase:Yes
We purchased the LG washer and dryer set together and they are both amazing. Laundry is a breeze and takes us little time. Smart app lets us know when laundry is finished and we also get a reminder on our LG TV. Adding detergent and softener in the dispenser is really nice too because it dispenses the correct amount of detergent and softener for each load. You can do several loads of laundry without constantly having to add detergent and softener every time. The dryer will sync up to your washer when doing a load of laundry and it will program the dryer with your load of laundry. Great features and it’s an awesome set. We are completely satisfied and would highly recommend purchasing this set together!
