Even Better Than Expected!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am in love with this refrigerator. We got the counter depth model, but the storage inside rivals that of standard models. And it looks fantastic. The fact that it makes three types of ice is just the cherry on top. Well done, Samsung!

Poor Shelf Spacing—no field testing or focus group

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great quality. Presets for fridge and freezer were preset to Intl standards (0 & 37F). A huge glaring design defect is that the shelf spacing won’t hold standard size items such as a wine bottle or soda bottle. The result is that one is forced to store opened bottles in the door to avoid leaks. Only 5/16” additional spacing between shelves would have made the difference! Poor field-testing. So far I’m happy. Going to reserve judgment on the spring-loaded center seal between the French doors; a likely place for air leaks.

The different ice modes and the cooling and the AI features that connects with the app are really helpful and definitely a lot of space for its size.
