[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I don't think mine came charged so leave time to charge just in case. The directions were a little tricky, I'm more of a "quick start" type of person but the FEATURES page was super helpful and there's also a visual that labels all of the parts. I've only been using this for less than a month but I am definitely breaking out more than usual. I felt the suction was a little too hard but not enough to actually pull anything out of my skin. Overall, I would rather spend the money on towards a spa day.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Better than I experienced

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was a bit skeptical of this system before I tried it. I have very very sensitive skin. I was afraid the vibration would be too strong and irritate my skin. Then when I got it and felt the low level vibration I was worried it would be a dud and not do anything.
I was pleasantly suprised though! The low level vibration was great for my skin. I didn't experience any irritation. My skin felt nice and clean and smooth after just one use.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Really Cool Effective Tool

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This skin cleaning tool works really well to clean and clear your skin. The different nozzles soften and clean your pores. I really love how much it improves the appearance of your skin. This should definitely be available to everyone.

Really cleans your pores!!

Wish it had an even lower setting

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall my skin couldn’t handle even the lightest speed. I damaged and bruised my skin pretty badly the first time I used it as it was tugging away at my skin. It left me with bruises for about 3-4 days after using it. I was much more cautious my second time using it. I noticed the skin on my nose is more taut and what I will primarily use this tool for to avoid damaging other parts of my face.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
