Works just like a refrigerator

This is the first side by side we have had in a while and it is nice to not have to bend over into what was effectively a bucket of a freezer to find items.

Frigidaire side by side

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The side by side works great. Instead of organizing a cross you just organized down. It's really nice to have the freezer and more of a usable State versus a drawer that's an endless pit. I also have organized containers within the freezer for an example a large one that holds chicken, another one that holds beef, and the last one holds game meat and sausage. We have used the freezer more in the last 6 months then we had with the freezer on the bottom for the 13 years. We had water issues with our last Frigidaire so we have not hooked up the water to this refrigerator.

Nearly Perfect and at the Best Price

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It was very difficult to find a fridge that had the features I needed and didn't have the ones I did not need. Seeing as how I have good water available on-tap, I had no need for a door-mounted water and ice dispenser. But I hated the other brand models that did not even contain an internal ice maker - many brands simply don't make a fridge like that. So I was ecstatic to find this model that had a door-edge water dispenser but most importantly an ice maker in the freezer so I don't have to deal with filling moulds anymore. Absolutely stellar!
