Loud fan and freezer won't cool

Not even a month old and already have warranty service out to see why the fan is loud and the freezer won't work.

We bought bought this to use as a temporary fridge, our larger size suddenly stopped working and this was delivered the next day , the fridge is a nice size and the temperature has been perfect inside, we still have room and don’t think we will need a huge fridge when we decide to order a larger kind, I just hope this Hotpoint lasts for years so I can pass it on to our children as an extra basement / garage fridge soon
