6 months of use and it no longer cools, or freezes!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

White refrigerator w freezer

I bought this about a month ago and it is a very nice refrigerator. It has a lot of room for a smaller refrigerator. The freeze is on top. Would have been nice if it came with ice trays

We actually bought another brand and had IT delivered but as it was being unloaded, we realized the Hot Point frig we originally saw and liked was the one we wanted instead! We sent the delivered brand back and got our Hot Point. We love this product and like a new puppy it loves us!!! It’s beauty and many conveniens seem second to none!!!!

We needed a fridge that would fit in an enclosed space in our park model home. The Hotpoint fit the bill and is working just fine for our needs. I especially like the recessed 'handles' .
