Would not buy again

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Operation is satisfactory, but product leaves much to be desired. 1. If leveled using the adjusting screws, then it will not roll out to turn off the water supply when we are away. Every other refrigerator we have ever owned allows the wheels to be raised or lowered to level the unit, while still allowing it to be moved. 2. The home connect app is a useless marketing gimmick if it will not show the actual refrigerator and freezer temperatures, only the setpoints. The app does keep generating ice maker empty alerts when the ice maker is not out of ice. 3. The E1469 error (known firmware bug) pops up at random every few days with no apparent problem, sometimes waking us up.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

What I thought was the Best !

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Kitchen update at our home and went with Bosch to put the Best in , This fridge is working just fine as far as temps but the noises it make are crazy, and the low buzzing of the motors in the unit are louder will take a long time to get use to. First Unit did not work, Had to get 2nd one

Bosch Broke

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So I got my new Bosch french door Fridge July 7th. Ice maker quit working August 1. Troubleshooted as manual stated. Had a Bosch tech come nd cycled thru power and still not working. Switched out the tech board and maker itself...less than 30 days old! And the wifi board not working anymore for my use of App so he has back ordered that to replace. So no app interface until end of September. very disappointed. I own 2 Bosch dishwashers prior to this.

Disappointing Quality – Defeats the Purpose of a "Frost-Free" Refrigerator
I expected high quality from Bosch, but the B36C series refrigerator has been a complete letdown. Despite being sold as a frost-free unit, ice constantly builds up in the freezer, forcing me to manually unclog the freezer drain every single month just to keep it running properly.
On top of the severe drainage problems, the build quality is noticeably poor—the handles have already cracked. To make matters worse, the water dispenser leaks, and the ice maker jams constantly. For a premium appliance, it requires far too much maintenance and fails at basic daily functions. I would not recommend this model.

Cheap, Small

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a terrible refrigerator!! Do not buy it. The inside is cheap, flimsy. Deli drawer is small and doesn't pull out very far. Door doesn't stay shut. Ice maker broke within the first 2 months ( this happened to my friend too with the same refrigerator), still waiting for it to be fixed

Bosch stainless steel refrigerator

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I feel this refrigerator is excellent quality. I wish the doors with the 90 degree stop would allow for cleaning and removing the interior drawers. Additionally, the French doors of the refrigerator often don't close and have to be pushed closed on the right door. The left door does not have a great seal.
