[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Kitchen Aid wall oven has brought happiness into my kitchen! Everything I have used it for has turned out perfectly.
We bought this new in January, 2025. It is t5he worst oven we have ever seen. The convect function is slow and the oven temperature shown is very inaccurate! An air fryer function is advertised, but this is really a joke--it takes a half hourTo preheat the oven! The Kitchenaid serviceman said it was how the oven was designed, and he would not recommend we use any convect function! The inaccurate oven temperature is a nonstarter. Kitchenaid actually says not to check with your own thermometer, and now we know why! Buyer beware. Stay away if you value an accurate oven.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased our new KA wall oven (replacing our older, 16+ year old one) last month. It’s beautiful to the eye and love that it does conventional cooking, regular oven and air frying although all we’ve used is the regular oven. Our first batch of cookies was burned because we didn’t hear the timer go off. Now that we know we need to be near the oven in a set period of time, we can hear the ever-so-soft timer go off. Also, the new ones sure aren’t built like the old ones. Our older KA model was built like a tank. This new one sounds like it needs an adjustment to the oven door but it really doesn’t. Other than these two issues, it’s great to have a working oven again! We purchased the same brand to avoid any costly cabinet modifications.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am so sorry I waited so long to purchase this Kitchen Aid Oven. It is just wonderful and it has soooo many nice features.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I appreciate Kitchen Aid still making smaller ovens for older kitchens, not everyone has a newer house or space in smaller kitchens. It’s a beautiful oven and very intuitive, even I can operate.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this and installed 3 weeks ago. Unfortunately it is the worst oven ever, with very inaccurate temperatures, useless primitive settings, and air fryer that doesn't work, and user-unfriendly controls. The unit was designed by someone who never had to bake anything. Why include an air fryer button that doesn't let you know when the oven is preheated? Why have a "rapid" preheat option for convection bake that doesn't heat any faster than when not using the rapid setting? And why does the preheat beep go off when the actual oven temperature is almost 100 degrees less than the set temperature? I takes another 15 or 20 minutes for the actual oven temperature (measured with a separated thermometer) to reach the set temperature. Any why can't one change the set temperature when it's baking, instead of cancelling and reseting everything? And why doesn't the displayed temperature actually show the internal temperature--it only show the set temperature? Under no circumstances should you buy this poorly designed oven. it's guaranteed to disappoint. Even the KitchenAid technician who came to "fix" it agreed that we shouldn't believe the set temperature!
