A Great Design!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Compared to my recent electric this is so much better in design. Burner dials on the front so I don’t have to reach over hot pans. Bottom of oven lined because the element is under the top! Steam cleaning oven too. I love it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s a typical electric stove. It cooks but, uneven. I have to move cooking food around the pan to ensure it’s cooked evenly. Also, the oven takes an extended period of time to preheat. It takes 15-20 minutes to preheat.

For the uneven heating on the cooktop, we recommend ensuring that the cookware being used has a flat, even base and is properly sized for the burner element. Warped or undersized pans can cause heat distribution issues, leading to uneven cooking. Also, make sure the burner is clean and free from any debris or residue that could affect heat transfer.
For the oven preheating concern, please verify that the oven is set to the correct temperature and that the “Preheat” cycle is allowed to fully complete before placing food inside. Opening the oven door frequently during preheat can extend the time needed to reach temperature. If available on your model, using the “Rapid Preheat” or convection setting (if equipped) may help reduce preheat time.
If the issue continues, a calibration check may be needed to ensure the oven temperature sensor and heating elements are operating correctly.

Exceptional Oven

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This oven is very easy to use and simple. The only issue I’ve had is that the oven seems to take a bit longer than most to preheat & the simmer portion of the range can get a bit too hot.
