First time use .. the oven doesn't heat

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This stove and range came with the home we purchased and after the long process to get in the home I attempted to heat the oven to cook a pizza. I set the oven to 400 degrees and an hour later we hit the temp of 356 and it went down hill from there. I had to brave the waters to my mother in laws home to cook the pizza. Needless to say not impressed.

My new oven

The knobs are too easily turned- have to be very careful when I goto get something from my cabinet because my hip has turned on the range without me noticing more than once. One time it happened and I had plastic on the top. Ugh that was not good
