The home builders included this in their package. We would have never purchased this appliance. It feels cheap. The bottom rack constantly becomes unaligned. The dishes and dishwasher is still wet after full cycle and dry with heat.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Good evening,
Thank you for taking the time to leave a review on your new GE Appliances built-in dishwasher. We are truly sorry to hear that you are not completely satisfied with the quality of the refrigerator, the bottom rack gets out of alignment, and the dishes are still wet once the cycle is complete. Your feedback ensures that our product design teams are aware of any changes or perfections we can make to improve the overall performance and convenience this appliance has to offer.
We recommend reviewing the article at the link below for troubleshooting tips and information on how to enhance the drying performance:
Your dishwasher has a feature called Dry Boost, which is an innovative new drying option that targets hard-to-dry items like plastics. It significantly improves drying performance, providing up to three times better drying compared to a Heated Dry option. We recommend selecting this feature when starting the wash cycle. Thank you for your review! -Devin@GEAppliances
This was placed in our new home. We would never have purchased this dishwasher. It feels cheap. The bottom rack is not secure and we have to constantly fix it. It does not fully dry even on high heat. When we open the dishwasher after the cycle has fully completed, the dishes and dishwasher is still wet.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Very crappy product. Inferior material. The inner side is made of plastic. Trays are losing their coating and are getting rusted. It's been 6 months, and my dishwasher door is not closing properly. GE® Dishwasher with Front Controls Model #: GDF510PSR5SS Serial #: FV768848B Install Date: 04/19/2023

This is the worst dishwasher I have ever used. We have had it less than two years and the racks are already rusted. It makes an awful noise during operation and is extremely annoying, especially since we have an open floor plan and you can’t watch TV with the dishwasher running because it’s that much of a distraction. Do bot recommend.

The design of this dishwasher is so ridiculous. The shape of the rack makes it impossible to put anything in it alone and close it without everything falling over. The bottom rack has times so far apart that nothing can stand up except plates. On the top rack, you literally have to fill an entire row of cups if you want them not to fall over when you close it. Whoever designed this clearly has never loaded a dishwasher. Can someone please explain why the middle of the top rack steps up and down like that? Everything falls over. It’s like they focused on making the product with as little materials as possible instead of making it actually work well. Furthermore even for a brand new dishwasher it’s only washing some thing and other things like glass I have to wash by hand.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
