Came with our new house. Works when it wants to work. Racks already rusting. There is no “good” cycles

This new dishwasher was in my new build home when the home was purchased in 2021. I am not sure if it is normal for both the top and bottom racks to develop rust and the paint to start coming off the racks after 4 years. In any case, I had to purchase new racks for the dishwasher. I am lucky that they had them in stock. Other than that, it works fine.

Rusty top rack and burnt blade in 4 years

Rusty rack and the one of the blades got loose and got burnt with the heating cycle. Doesn’t clean well at all. Definitely not buying GE again.
