Not happy dishes have never come out clean. The dish soap pod doesn’t even get wet enough and stays in the door holder with it standing wide open

Hi, We're so sorry to hear you're having trouble with your dishwasher and we're happy to offer some guidance. To troubleshoot the cleaning issue, we suggest viewing our tips here: https://products.geappliances.com/appliance/gea-support-search-content?contentId=17452
If using detergent pods, make sure they are not binding the cup cover and preventing it from opening. Also, make sure they are properly lined up in the opening. If the detergent pods are not dissolving all the way, it may be due to the water temperature. The entering water must be at least 120 degrees Fahrenheit.
If warranty repair is needed, here is a link for scheduling an appointment: https://www.geappliances.com/ge/service-and-support/service.htm. You may also call 1-800-432-2737. We hope this helps. Thanks for choosing GE Appliances! - Sharon@GEA
Basic washer does what it promises. It's been less than a month, but so far, everything is still intact and functioning. The machine looks exactly like the pictures on the website. You get one partitioned basket for small items/silverware. The dish trays feel lightweight, but haven't broken or bent under the weight of the dishes. Glasses hold firmly in place in the top tray. That's a good thing. Dishes wash clean and dry well on "normal".

Hello there, we're pleased to know your new dishwasher is working well. We appreciate your recommendation and we're happy to have you in our GE Appliances family!
The dishwasher is loud. Dishes are wet. Racks are rusting away. No delay option. Why can’t appliance makes make good quality products? These are builder grade junk. We moved in late Oct 2019. Both racks are rusting away. We are a retired couple, I would hate to see if a family was using this dish washer.
