CHEAPLY MADE STAY AWAY

We have had this dishwasher in our brand new house we only lived here for a month, its leaked several times ruining our floors and cabinets, and it never dries the dishes. They are literally soaking wet even the next day. I have let them sit in there for 2 days and they are still soaking wet. The door is very cheap quality as well. I do not recommend this product. We have always loved GE appliances but this is a disappointment!!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Went Dead.. now waiting 10 weeks for parts

You may want to ensure that there is no issue with the fuse or circuit breaker, and adequate power is getting to the unit. Checking that the control panel isn’t locked may also help. It's very easy to load. Some dishes have to be rinsed before using the dishwasher, but overall it's pretty good.

My Dishwasher

Not very well made the door is too flimsy and not easy to close, I would not buy it the home I purchased had it installed, not drying my dishes, I need repair after only 2 weeks of use.

We apologize for the results you are getting. Water entering the dishwasher should be between 120 and 140 degrees Fahrenheit for best wash and dry performance. Run the faucet closest to the dishwasher prior to starting the dishwasher to purge cold water from the hot water line. Check the rinse aid dispenser and fill it if it is empty. Rinse aids prevent spots on glasses and promote drying by causing water to sheet off dishware and glassware. Rinse aids such as Jet-Dry® can be purchased in your local grocery store. If service is needed after checking these items then please call 1-800-432-2737.Hope this helps. We understand your frustration. Geoff@GEA
