I purchased this in Oct. 2020. The heating element over heats and warps causing the lower sprayer arm to bump against it. The first service call required the element to be bent back into place. The second service call for the same issue required a new element be installed. These were both covered under the limited one year warranty period. It is now Jan. 2022, out of warranty, and the replaced heating element has warped again and has broken the small metal brackets holding them down. I am now going to be required to pay to have it replaced again. Each service call has taken several weeks for the technician to arrive, I was not able to use the dishwasher during any of these long wait times. This product is garbage and I would not recommend it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Loud and does not clean silverware.

The noise level while operating is louder than any other dishwasher we have ever owned and it does not clean the silverware.

No more washing dishes before putting them in!

I am so happy with this dishwasher. I used to have to wash my dishes before putting them in the dishwasher because I was always paranoid about my dishes being clean enough. The first time I used this I wanted to see if it would clean my dishes so I made sure to not even rinse anything. After the first load of dishes was done I opened the door and was so surprised and excited to see that no only were my dishes soooo clean BUT shiny and without water marks! I am so glad we chose this dishwasher and am excited I will be saving time from doing so many dishes.

For the price, this dishwasher does everything it is expected to do. It's also not that loud and makes our job much easier.
