Can't wash dishes

What can I say, even on "heavy load" with very few dishes it can't clean properly. It leaves spots (even though I have a water softener) and can't clean off basic stains. More of a dish rinser.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

With that said, we'd love to suggest a few tips so you can achieve the best quality clean.
We suggest to use high quality detergents such as Cascade® Platinum™ ActionPacs™ or Finish® Quantum® Automatic Dishwashing Detergent. Also, be sure the rinse agent dispenser isn't empty. Using the option Wash TempBoost can also help result in cleaner dishes.

Good, when it works.

When this dishwasher works, it works well. When it doesn’t, it doesn’t. Still awaiting someone to come take a look at & fix it. We have had problems with the buttons themselves as well as the soap not being cleared out to clean the dishes. Honestly pretty disappointed since this is brand new.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Doesn't Dry!

We purchased a new home and this was the model it came with. In prior phases, they provided a dishwasher with a VENT. This one does not have a vent and does not dry the dishes properly. Even the GE technician said it is what you would put in an apartment. If a dishwasher doesn't dry the dishes, what good is it? This is the lowest quality dishwasher I've ever owned and it looks like I'll be replacing it soon.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
