This was the dishwasher my builder installed. Would never have chosen it for my self and would have upgraded had I know this was the model they’d use. I’ve seen better quality dishwashers in hotel rooms. It’s loud. It takes forever to get the dishes clean.

Hello- Thanks for taking the time to share your review and congratulations on your new home. We are sorry to hear you are unhappy with your new dishwasher. This model has some really great features but it does have a dBA of 59 and that is similar to the sounds of a moderate rainfall.
We want you to be happy and would like to offer some tips for you. Please check your water temperature. Proper water temperature is essential to achieve optimum results from your dishwasher and the detergent. Hot water is needed to dissolve and activate the detergent so that it can loosen and remove food soils. The hot water heater should be set to deliver at least 120 degrees Fahrenheit water to the dishwasher. Turning your hot water on first will allow the first fill to be nice and hot and that will help a lot.
I can’t figure out how to switch between 1 hour wash and the other options. Not easy. The capacity is good and I do love the deep bins for silverware. It’s quiet, which I luv.
I would recommend this to a friend!
