THIS DISHWASHER IS QUIET AND EFFICIENT WITH LOTS OF ROOM. IT IS LIGHT WEIGHT BUT SECURES WELL AND HAS AMPLE ROOM FOR DISHES.
I would recommend this to a friend!

A little noisy when on, but overall cleans dishes satisfactory. We just moved into a new home build and didn't get to pick our appliances. Not unhappy with this model, but would have chosen an upgraded version if had the opportunity to do so.

We are sorry that you wouldn't have chosen this model, but glad it is cleaning your dishes well. A rhythmic knocking sound is most likely caused by the spray arm hitting something inside the dishwasher as the spray arm rotates. To solve the problem, rearrange dishware inside the dishwasher to provide clearance for the spray arms. The spray arms must be free to rotate for good wash performance. tried your contact us page. Didn't get anywhere. Builder warranty had expired. Did have extended warranty. Waiting over 2 weeks and no one has a timeline as to when dishwasher will be repaired or replaced

Terrible and rusting!

This product was purchased as a replacement to a GE dishwasher that rusted within 3 years. Less than 1 year and it is rusting and loud.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Bottom tray gets stuck.

It washes okay. The bottom tray gets stuck when you try to wheel.it out. The cutlery holder feels flimsy.

1500+ Units with Very Few Issues

We have several large apartment properties using this GE dishwasher. Very few issues with them. Almost always user errors. If I had one complaint... I wish these had Start Timers so that you could run the cleaning cycle later in the day.
