Hello,
We're so very sorry to hear that you aren't pleased with your dishwasher. Thank you so much for taking the time to share about your experience. We're more than glad to provide guidance. It is completely normal for many dishwashers to run for up to two hours or more under certain conditions. Feels like cheap plastic - Bothered by bottom rack
on June 29, 2023

We just received this dishwasher in our new construction. We’ve run about a dozen cycles and so far it’s been cleaning our dishes fine, but we are displeased with the quality of the top and bottom racks. The bottom rack never stays on the track and consistently falls into the bottom of the dishwasher, causing us to pick it up and manually put it back. It shouldn’t be that way. Bad design. Would have never purchased it if we were buying a dishwasher ourselves.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hello there - Congratulations on your new home! We appreciate you taking the time to provide us with your valuable feedback. We are so sorry to hear that this dishwasher has not lived up to your expectations when it comes to the design of the racks. There is considerable thought and effort devoted to the design of our products. Factors in design decisions are cost, competition, changing technology, and appearance. While we understand your dissatisfaction, we cannot modify or replace your appliance at this time.
We will be sure to send these comments to our product design teams, so they can make the necessary improvements to future models. Thank you for choosing GE Appliances for your home. We hope to gain your trust back with our appliances in the future. - Adrian@GEA
Product is cheaply made and doesn't latch very well. Also leaves water on dishes and in dishwasher, must leave door open to dry inside and must hand-dry dishes.

Deduction of stars based on rubber seal on bottom of door allowing water to leak into my wooden floor upon first couple of uses until I discovered what was causing the leak which is that the rubber seal had slid out of its place it was originally supposed to be which left an opening.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Love my dishwasher, but with American zHone Shield the people delivering could only deliver and not set up the dishwasher. I had to call a plumber to do it.
