We put this freezer in our garage. We had to use an extension cord, but it appears to be just fine. It is the right size for us and for the space we have in the garage.

I bought this freezer under duress…. My present freezer had died! I had it for 30+ years. It worked great until it didn’t! When I made the purchase, I was told I could purchase additional freezer baskets online from the manufacturer. When I contacted the manufacturer I was told to contact the place where I bought the freezer. When I went back to the retailer they told me they did not have a part number to order freezer baskets so they were not able to order them! What a “cluster”!!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
