The control box is not working and no one from support is getting back to me. I thought i would have my lights on for Christmas but today is Christmas and i still dont have working lights.

Great product I have a few Govee products in my house, as for the permanent outdoor lights pro, I wish it come with 2, 12 foot extensions, the 1 12 foot and 2 4 foot extensions is not enough.

The Merry Christmas or a Happy holiday, mine began when i put up my Govee Permanent outdoor lights pro. Everyday I change the scene and my neighbors have implied they haply look forward to the new scene each night. I'm looking forward to after the holiday's to learn how do to many things present in the app. to make things for all the holidays. Next year all i will have to do is flip a switch. Thank you
