The App is terrible

This is the most user non friendly app I have ever seen. Whoever designed it is very technical, unfortunately Apps should be designed for people that are not very technical. Please redesign the App.

Not enough clips

You shouldn't sell something that doesn't have enough hardware to complete the job. Also when asking a question about your order you shouldn't suggest to buy something that doesn't match the color of the product you purchased. I planned on buying an additional 150 ft to complete the back side of the garage and house but not if I have to purchase more equipment from another source just to complete the job.

Not not waterproof water tight

I have this 200 foot pro black version. I'm having issues with the extension cords not being waterproof or water resistant. I've been having glitching issues with strands not lighting up. I had an extra extension cord that came with the lights and I switched it out and the section started working again Little disappointed in that

Permanent lights?

Well I love the effect , I DONT love the fact that MY FIRST set of PERMANENT LIGHTS the power module FAILED and NOW I have to REMOVE AND REINSTALL the PERMANENT LIGHTS and hope the Module DOSNT FAIL AGAIN. The module NEVER got WET supposed to be WATER RESISTANT ANYWAY, so I'll try the NEW ONES and see what happens!
