The pros: They look great!! The cons: The adhesive is not good for permanent installment. The brackets should be better for such an expensive set of lights. I just put them up so time will tell on the durability.

We love the lights. Very bright. The app is a little clunky, but manageable with some tinkering. My only serious complaint is the mounting hardware cames with screws that are so small they are unusable with any standard cordless screwdriver. These are designed to be up under the eve, meaning tight working conditions likely at the top of a ladder, in my case a tall ladder. The last thing I want is to be fiddling with tiny screws that don't work with power tools. I went out and bought a case of 3/8" sheet metal screws for a standard Phillips head and it made mounting much easier. The 3m sticker they give you to mount is worthless as a permanent mount no matter how well you clean the surface. It was only effective long enough to get the brackets over the lights.

Don’t try to install in the cold. Or snow on the ground. Just makes it more challenging.

Fairly east to put up. My fault it was 15 degrees out when I started the project. Lights went up easily. Could have sent more retaining clips.
I like the ability to change brightness, set timers, ease of changing programs or effects.

I love the idea of not having to put up and take down lights every year. The autonomy I have in customizing the lights to my liking is such an awesome feature . The cherry on top is the soft white lighting I can use year round !
