Tons of options for the light display , almost too many. Lights are bright and nice but for 330 you’d think the adhesive on them would stick.. two days after I put the lights up 30% fell , had to put the bracket and screws into each light around the house.

I absolutely LOVE my Govee lights. I had them installed on my home by a certified electrician and my house looks fabulous. I purchased them as a Christmas present to myself! I installed the Govee Permanent Lights 2 on my home and initially really liked the look and brightness. Installation was straightforward, and I took extra precautions due to cold weather—temperatures were around 30°F at the time. I used a heat gun during install to properly activate the adhesive and ensure good contact with the soffit.
Unfortunately, after about three weeks, the lights began falling down as the adhesive failed. This was disappointing given the effort put into installation and the expectation that these are meant to be “permanent” outdoor lights. The adhesive simply does not seem suitable for Ohio weather, especially with cold temperatures and temperature fluctuations.
If you decide to purchase these lights, I strongly recommend using third-party mounting brackets or track systems instead of relying on the included adhesive. The product itself looks great when installed properly, but the mounting solution needs improvement for colder climates.

I love the Govee pro lights! I had them professionally installed. We haven't tried using the brackets yet, just the adhesive. They are holding up well even in below temperature windy conditions! The app takes a little getting used to but it has so many options it's been terrific. My husband goes to bed early and I have the ability to turn the lights off that shine over the room leaving the others on! Great product.

Super easy to install. The pro version was exactly what I needed for my house. It had enough extensions and splices to get every section of my house. The splices were color coded to match the wires making it super easy to cut and splice where I needed it.
