Lights won't turn on

I bought these last year around Christmas. They were great last year but are now no longer working. The lights won't turn on at all. I double checked that my outlet still works. This was disappointing after spending so much money on them.

These lights are wonderful. I’m still learning everything they can do but am having fun trying spooky Halloween lights right now. I can wait until Christmas! The app is a tad confusing for me but I think that’s only because there is so much these lights can do.

They look good once they’re up, but I wouldn’t consider them a pro set. There isn’t enough extra wire to splice or y connectors. This system is not ideal for larger houses with peaks. Also you can’t buy a control module separately so now our detached garage has lights that can’t turn on….. waste of a lot of money.

These Govee outdoor lights are absolutely beautiful! The color options and effects are stunning, and they completely transform the look of my home at night. The app did feel a little overwhelming at first — there are a lot of customization options — but once you spend some time exploring it, it becomes much easier to use and really fun to play around with.
I can’t personally speak to the setup process since my neighbor and his business partner handled the installation for me, but it did take them about eight hours to install roughly 200 feet of lights along my second story. It’s definitely a bit of a project, but the end result is totally worth it. The lights are bright, versatile, and make my house stand out in the best way possible!
Highly recommend for anyone looking to upgrade their outdoor lighting and add a little magic to their home’s exterior.
