Great Lights, Won't Stick

The lights themselves are great! Bright, colorful. Easy to control. One recommendation would be an automatic season changer. Use the date to determine what color scheme the lights will be. Would love to set them and forget them.
Losing one star for me because I have had to replace the sticky film 2 times almost on each light. It just won't stick to the painted wood awnings that I have. I have used alcohol wipes before and made sure it was dry. Probably going to be using hot glue or some super 3M tape because this won't stick.

Great product

These are a third of the price of other lights I have looked at. They are extremely easy to install. They have better/easier functionality than most permanent lights. App could be revamped but easy enough to use.

Govee lights on open eaves

These lights are difficult to install on open eaves. They require a lattice to be installed and then the light to be installed onto them. Quite a pain!

For the price, I have to be standing almost on top of the receiver in order to connect via phone app to change the colors/settings. For that much $ for lights, the wifi signal is pretty bad

After just a few days some lights started falling off. Now every light without an extra clip has fallen off. Called Govee and they said it was not their problem. Don't waist your time. Go get better lights somewhere else.
