The future of home lighting!

As a new installer of Govee lights my customers have been thrilled with the endless options and combinations of colors that Govee lights can accomplish. In 5 years the incandescent xmas light bulb will be a thing of the past! Thanks Govee for making an awsome and customizable product! I hope to sell many more in the future!

Would like to see some improvements in the app and being able to buy accessories but Love these!

So far everything works great! They have some really great features.
There are some things I wish Govee would do is:
1. Sell the power supply.
I used 4 of the 6… 16' lines and would have love to use those somewhere else but I can't without buying a whole new set.
2. Sell the spacer extensions for in-between spaces we don't want lights. For houses with multiple sections of the roof.
3. Grouping. In the app, you can pick any light you want to use. I have a couple things I would like to do. This is easy to do in an update to the app if they want to do it.
Example:. I picked one light over each end section of the house to come on the with the timer in Blue over night. If I could group them in my favorite, I could change the colors without selecting just one light at a time.

Another Example: I would like to pick every other light in a group. Color those whatever I want, then have the other group saved and color them.
I develop apps and the programming should be very easy to do in this app.
Don't get me wrong… These are fantastic lights and we love them. I'm just pointing out things I could have used. Hopefully Govee will see this and implement these things.
Buy these for sure :-)

Great quality light

I am very impressed with the quality of the lights. The DIY part of the app is a struggle for me to get what I am looking for in a pattern. The assist BOT can't find anything for me but In all they are great lights. The only ring I wish was that they sent more (or had the option to buy) more clips. Thier recommended install intervals is great unless you have to make turns or elevation changes and then you need more clips. But still a great quality light.

Decent but not perfect

The lights are really cool, but there are a few things that probably could be better. I didn't like the appearance of the lights upon install, and I tried a couple different places but none looked great. Hoping they come up with a brighter iteration of these lights that I can recess so they are hid den but still emit enough light to give the desired effect. In the meantime I've returned the lights as the price is hard to justify when the lights aren't perfect.

Frustrated you can not buy the power adapter separate/ and the limited amount of strand you can use on 1 power adapter

Great lights, not hard to install

As we get older, we don't want to have to climb up a ladder every year to install our lights, and so we were happy to find these permanent light solution at an affordable cost. The only downside is that I had to split one of my sets, and in order to do that I had to get a new controller box but they don't sell that separately. so when you order, make sure you order the right amount and don't plan on splitting the set up.
