The app is a bit confusing but i need time to play with it! I would highly suggest these lights to everyone! My house lights up my whole street!

Not able to add additional lights

I bought these in hopes of no longer needing to install Christmas lights every year I got the pro version and knowing it says it can go up to 150 feet without a module but unfortunately when trying to add just one additional strand making it 7 it will not work and my total feet was not even 120 feet support could not figure out why I'm still waiting on a refund

Dear customer, if you buy more than one set of pro version of permanent lights, and connect more than 6 segment, you need to go to light- setting- number of segments, chagne it, e.g, connect 7 segments, choose 7. Meanwhile, the normal version of the permanent light strip is not compatible with the pro version of the light strip, so it won't work. Our pro version of the extension light string will be available around December 15. Needed to update the house to permanent lights and these lights had the look we wanted. We did the hanging ourselves and it was pretty easy.

I couldn't turn my lights on for Halloween

I love the lights and the app is awesome. But I hate that I couldn't turn them on for Halloween. The system was down and I was furious. I never considered this happening and I hate that this could happen again. Very disappointed. You guys failed

Awesome lights but 3/9 twouldn't connect and work. Having many issues.
