Finally got them up this weekend and they are amazing! The colors are beautiful and they are so versatile. What a relief to not have to get up on ladders several times a year to put up and take down multiple holiday lighting displays. THAT alone is a big deal when you live in North Dakota! At first they seemed expensive but NOT when you look at the big picture .

The Merry Christmas or a Happy holiday, mine began when i put up my Govee Permanent outdoor lights pro. Everyday I change the scene and my neighbors have implied they haply look forward to the new scene each night. I'm looking forward to after the holiday's to learn how do to many things present in the app. to make things for all the holidays. Next year all i will have to do is flip a switch. Thank you

Buy lots of clips

The lights work as described, are not hard to install and look amazing once up. Make sure to plan ahead for your cuts for a more professional look. The lights will need to be permanently attached with clips as the adhesive on the back of the lights fail quite quickly. Which leads to the review title. For the lights to be secured correctly you need to place a clip on each side of the light. Govee only provides enough clips for one side so make sure to purchase more. The app is easy to use but must be with a 2.4ghz connection and be very close to the wireless router to connect.

I purchased 2 light kits, 100ft and 200ft and they go all around the entire house. They work and look awesome. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality outdoor lights.
