I bought the Govee pro. I am trying to figure out how to install them but they give you absolutely no info to help. The parts list on the box list a total of five items but when you open the box there are a bunch of parts but nowhere does Govee tell you what they are or what they are for. They put together this whole kit and give you no info on how to install it.

Not able to add additional lights

I bought these in hopes of no longer needing to install Christmas lights every year I got the pro version and knowing it says it can go up to 150 feet without a module but unfortunately when trying to add just one additional strand making it 7 it will not work and my total feet was not even 120 feet support could not figure out why I'm still waiting on a refund

Dear customer, if you buy more than one set of pro version of permanent lights, and connect more than 6 segment, you need to go to light- setting- number of segments, chagne it, e.g, connect 7 segments, choose 7. Meanwhile, the normal version of the permanent light strip is not compatible with the pro version of the light strip, so it won't work. Our pro version of the extension light string will be available around December 15. Easy to install, but….

I give this 3 stars because they don't include enough clips and the hardware is super cheap. I already have to reattach multiple lights. I cleaned my soffits before installing, but Texas has a humid climate. I would buy more clips and better stainless hardware before you install on a 2 story home.

Not not waterproof water tight

I have this 200 foot pro black version. I'm having issues with the extension cords not being waterproof or water resistant. I've been having glitching issues with strands not lighting up. I had an extra extension cord that came with the lights and I switched it out and the section started working again Little disappointed in that

App terrible

App is terrible have a hard time staying connected timer seems to not work at all like it feels like phone has to be at home for timer to work my receiver or outlet don't see to work at all I have to move my wires around so they turn I still have no control over the lights what ever color they turn on too that's what they will be that day smh
