It has made my life easier. I can cook dinner fast and easily. Easy to clean up as well. My only complaint is that the grill plates don't have plastic handles so I need to wait for them to cool off before cleaning.

Multifunction, but you can't make anything properl

Returned the product. It did not make anything well. Especially not a panini. My panini, I had to eat with a knife and fork as I could not lift the panini of of the plate. It looked like someone ran over a sandwich with a car.

This is an appliance we use frequently and have used for a number of years. When we set up a vacation home, we found we missed having it and so purchased another. That tells you how much we like this. It's versatile, cooks food well, reduces splatter when cooking meats, catches run-off to keep the counter clean and the nonstick griddle/grill plates are easy to clean up.
