This was a top wish on my Christmas list this year snd my husband came through with flying colors! I absolutely love it snd use it everyday. Your company has a long-standing and solid reputation which is why my large outdoor gas grill is also a Cuisinart. Thank you for taking breakfast and lunch time to a whole new level in our house!

Good for what I intended to use it for: pancakes and grilled veggies. Makes nice grill marks in sandwiches if given enough time.
Unfortunately just does not bring the heat though. Can't cook eggs or sear anything without waiting for long periods of time and the light is just not a reliable indicator of heat level.

I have owned griddles in the past. I received this as a gift along with the waffle plates. I love it. The plates go in and out easily. I wash them in my dishwasher. I like that the griddle can lie flat for more cooking surface. The knobs are easy to read and manupliate. It isn't too big or too small. It looks attractive on my countertop. It warms up quickly and I am looking forward to using it for years to come.
