Heats up extremely evenly and very quickly. Perfect grill lines on a panino; great weight to keep the sandwich pressed but not crushed. Easily holds two panini. Only issue is that opening it so the top loosens to accommodate the sandwich can be tricky, especially when the grill is hot.

Grill pans already have wear where coating is coming off. We have only used about 10 times. Heating is not uniform. Not performing to expectations. Especially for price.

Love it except the trip tray doesn't always catch the grease or it overfills quickly. We are a family of 4 and use it for things like burgers and everytime it overflows onto the counter. Otherwise it is super useful and we love it.
