I love this Griddler. I've cooked pancakes on it that turned out great. The steak I cooked last night in the panini press was fast and perfect. This is a great piece of kitchen equipment.

I have used this 3 or 4 times now and love it. We are vegetarian so I can't speak to how it would do for meat. I have made Quesada's, grilled large mushroom caps, made a pressed sandwich. Very pleased. It is just the two of us so the size is fine. I don't know how good this would be for a large family.
