Bought new, received a used one. One of the buttons on the side that releases the grill plates was broke off and glued back together and stuck back in the side.

Being a bachelor I can only say that this griddle save time and money in making sandwiches and I love the fact that it makes waffles they come out awesome just a great grill to have
