Simple design that makes the job efficient and enjoyable. My second Griddler and this generation is even better. The first one lasted 10 plus years. this new one looks, feels and works even better. Great product. My son has one at his household and they are just as happy

I had my mother’s Griddler for more than 40 years. I love this machine. It grills faster than a stove or outdoor grill. It cleans up easily. There is nothing I do not like about the Griddler.

This was a replacement for a defective unit, which would heat up once, then cool off to nothing. The new one has worked three times and then failed once. Worked once after that. Haven't tried it again. It acts just like the defective unit. I've probably gone through ten of these over a 20 year period. I love the idea and uses, but they are not well built. I'd do something else.

Nice! Makes for an easy cleanup and reversible plates work great for steaks or grilled cheese. There is little this thing cannot do! We loved it so much we bought another one for our rv.

It is too large in size - specially the bottom base is too thick. The handle protrudes out a lot. Takes longer to heat up.
