I'm so happy I purchased this grill. I have used it for steak and chicken so far and the cook is perfection. The meat comes out tender and moist. And the clean up, my goodness. The key is to use the scraper while the plates are warm. It's a breeze after rinsing them off and putting them in the dishwasher. They come out clean as a whistle. Absolutely love how it makes my life easier and look forward to trying other items in the future.

Best purchase ever!!! We purchased the Griddler a year ago when it got too cold to grill outside. We were able to make the most amazing meals and the clean up was exceptionally East. We decided to give the Griddler to our daughter who was leaving for college so that she could enjoy it. We figured that we would get a new one. We got a different style. We were so disappointed. That system set the smoke alarm off in our house multiple times, and we had to return it. Needless to say we went out and bought another Griddler and will never purchase another style.

I received this Griddler as a Christmas gift and have only used it a few times. I think I am going to have to use this more to get use to it. I have cooked pancakes twice on it and both times they did not brown up or cook well. Not sure if the thermostat is working well. Neither time did the grill get the pancakes done on the first side. I cooked hamburgers on it too and they also took some time to good well. The meat did not brown up either. The hamburgers were done but you could not tell by the color. Hopefully I will get used to the Griddler but I am a little disappointed at this time.
